a bunch of brisket

12 oz of grilled chicken

10 oz of shredded sirloin with italian blend salad(eating it now)

been pretty slow today..havent taken in as much as i would like to..

10oz broccolli
1/3 cup nuts
1tsp coconut oil

next meal post train

1scoop waxy maize
14 egg whites
1 green pepper

meals 4-5 same as 1-2

meal 6

10 egg whites/ 3 whole omega 3 eggs
1 green pepper


3/4 chocolate cake
6 apple strudels
1 chocolate bar

 I actually don't think about my meals or plan them or count calories. Fuck all that shit. That shit is gay.

 I just eat what I want, when I want. Try to keep it healthy and balanced. Roughly follow the food pyramid, get my fruits and veggies.

Ate about 300 grams of protein today and the same amount of carbs to prepare for the leg workout that I did tonight.

On holiday the last few days... Been eating like a pig :(

Had a 32oz vanilla shake with my BBQ pork sandwich and french fries lunch yesterday.  I love vanilla shakes But I felt bloated for nearly 24 hours afterwards.  Bay no likey! :-[
