I should make a point to state that I am very close to my strongest now at 165-170. I do consistently train 3-5 days a week but I cannot honestly claim that I consistently eat 1,500 calories a day.
Ronnie is smaller than I have seen him in a long while in the pictures above [odd, as I would expect he would be running something a bit heavier for his Arnold appearance], but I think that his muscles are "here to stay". Also, I would say Nasser's legs will be huge when he is in an old folk's home.
I may be smaller than I have been in years, but I feel like I can sustain the muscle I spent years building with literally next to nothing. What is the point of running something if I I can't dedicate to eating enough? I could honestly function on 800-1,000 calories a day. For perspective, today I ate one small potato and a piece of pork as well as a piece of cake and some orange juice. That's it! I feel fine. I'm not hungry in the least.
I honestly feel I could be as big as I was at my biggest just my eating three square meals a day. Going on a full out bodybuilding program, I think I would make gains very quickly. It makes me sad because I know how unrealistic it is for me to get into it right now. But my children are more important to me than bodybuilding. I will also be so busy for the next little while covering the Arnold. Bodybuilding is not feasible for me right now unfortunately. It does make me sad but I have other priorities and goals.
I wish I had Nasser's genetics. Let's be honest, the guy would be over 250 and ripped just from smelling dbol.
youre much smaller now when off ,,lost alot of muscle alot of size,,look very thin and closer in weight but significant loss of muscle ,,ofcourse nto 50lb because you didnt have 50lb to lose,,but there is noticable differnce dont put yourself in ilusion here,,strength has absolitly nothing to do with muscle size,,smallest fellas with good bones and tendoins are usually the strongest mother fucks especialy when their heart is into it because they know they are smaller in muscle so they try to compensate and be stronger in the gym so they get respect more,,

there is growing lean and there is growing bloofy,,2 diff things,,in your case you present very average italiano level physie that will stop naturaly at 180lb not even a lb over,, 5'9 that is ! 7lb per inch of height,,10%,,this is good for naturals yet not good enough for what you look for,,
plenty of 10% 180lb fellas out there ,,the problem is if you maintained it 180lb 10% it would be good but your type of physiqe go down to 165 in record time and increase 1-2 % bf if eating same,,so you have to decease calories and be more active so when 165 you still have 10%.....thats the game you been playing my friend,,
