6: Surinamese, Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish
Want to learn Italian (nice language, nice women) and Japanese (martial arts background) too but don't think that will ever happen

Fluent in English, Fluent in Arabic, and pretty damn good in Spanish - I'm not fluent but I do well.

Norwegian and English. I can speak and understand Farsi and Swedish. I understand Danish. I had french in school but only remember a few phrases here and there.

Yeah man, I can understand that it may be a bit hard just to take my word for it, but there wasn't any trickery involved, and I did indeed do in 7 days. I will update each and every 7 days wearing the same trousers and for ma next photo I will loop a black, blue, or green baseball cap through a loop in ma trousers to prove that yes indeed these pics are current and legit. So if you want, tell me which color cap to loop and I'll do it. And sorry, but I won't post a full body pic til I'm sitting at sub-7. Remember, this 1st Phase is all about getting lean, so there's no need for a full body pic since one's level of leaness can be easily judged by midsection pics.
