I changed my mind, I think he could improve upon Ronnie. If you have ever seen Ronnie train calves in his vids, he bounces them on the calf machine. No real stretch, just load up the machine and bounce...I'm of the opinion that black men need to do light weight high reps with calves...the higher the reps the better. The reason why, is that some of the best calves on black men who had high calves was on those who did high reps...I remember one guy who used to work at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore (then Camden Yards), all he did was run up and down the stairs, and his calves were huge---yet high. My dad said he used to walk a lot and do calf raises on a board, his calves are 19s at a height of 5'11 3/4.
So, I think that if Glass could get Eonnie out of the bouncy calf work his calves would have improved. Also, I noticed in the Unbelievable, When Ronnie did skull crushers, he did them at a fast pace---guys with great tris, like Flex, Levrone, Aaron Baker, did them at a slow pace, and really concentrated on them, especially Aaron Baker...he would really slow the rep down...
