Well, he is a former gymnast, and former competitor...he's trained everybody from Magic Johnson to Flex to Gunter---under him both they have won titles or have improved....without injuries....
He knows what he is talking about, proof is in the pudding...

How about this. Do you think glass could have improved on Ronnie?

Not taking anything away from glass, but Dorian, Ronnie, Dexter, and cutler all won Olympia's without him. I know Dexter worked with him recently, but what can he do that he hasn't already done before?

Aside from all the drug/prep knowledge I think Milos is a better trainer, but you might leave with one kidney hahaha!

Guys really make it harder than it really is, it isn't rocket science. Eat, train, juice, sleep and repeat.

If you got the right genetics you will go far.

Like some have said before the only thing you need to know in competitive bbing is drugs and what to take, when to take and time it perfectly during prep so you peak at the right time. Training is important, but to an extent.

Hell no, I don't think he could---except make Ronnie more flexible...I also think that if Flex stayed more inline with Glass---he wouldn't have chased size, and he wouldn't have punched a wall in 97 and claim he was assaulted by Ninjas (Glass knew the truth)...
Ronnie loved training, with Flex it was a means to an end...that there is something that Glass can't improve on with Ronnie...

Yes, I believe 100% that Glass would be able to make some improvements on Ronnie...wouldnt make him 400 pounds 3.275623985% bf% but at least make some slight improvements in Ronnies "weak" (not that he has any) areas..

What are his training principles anyways? Something like 3 sets of 10 on most exercises?

I think his most important one is "stimulate, don't annihilate"

I changed my mind, I think he could improve upon Ronnie. If you have ever seen Ronnie train calves in his vids, he bounces them on the calf machine. No real stretch, just load up the machine and bounce...I'm of the opinion that black men need to do light weight high reps with calves...the higher the reps the better. The reason why, is that some of the best calves on black men who had high calves was on those who did high reps...I remember one guy who used to work at Memorial Stadium in Baltimore (then Camden Yards), all he did was run up and down the stairs, and his calves were huge---yet high. My dad said he used to walk a lot and do calf raises on a board, his calves are 19s at a height of 5'11 3/4.

So, I think that if Glass could get Eonnie out of the bouncy calf work his calves would have improved. Also, I noticed in the Unbelievable, When Ronnie did skull crushers, he did them at a fast pace---guys with great tris, like Flex, Levrone, Aaron Baker, did them at a slow pace, and really concentrated on them, especially Aaron Baker...he would really slow the rep down...

Actually chris aceto is the drug guru, not glass, he's just a "trainer."

LOL! Chris doesn't know shit about drugs, that's why he loses a lot of professional clients.

Charles has been too fucking high since 1993 to even have the ability to care about perfect form.  He once told me that he has Procol Harrum's "Whiter Shade of Pale" on infinite play-loop in his mind while he's training people.

The dude has listened to that song 12 hours a day for the last 17 years.  You think he gives a shit about proper form after that?

Perfect form, heavy weights. What he is saying is that it is quite OK to use bad form, but if you use the good form, you benefit more from your training, and that is simple truth. If we look modern bodybuilders and compare them to old school builders like Arnie or even Lee Haney, you see the difference. Word is aesthetics, and lack of it. If you look Branch or Jay, there isn't anything aesthetic in the way they look, compared to Lee for example. Kamali is one perfect example for this. When he became a pro, he look good and aesthetic. When he adopt the training methods of the egomaniac superhero, he start to look like shit, and why? 5 spotter for dead lift, four spotter for bench, twelve spotters for squat etc. You can't train properly while you have a bunch of idiots to incite you, clapping your back and kissing your ass no matter what you do. He didn't realize that and now he has gone, there isn't pro competition small enough to get he even in top ten no matter what he do.

I agree with you somewhat, but you are forgetting that when these guys turn pro drug usage is increased dramatically. More income from sponsorships, g4p, etc..

The difference is the use of GH at high levels and it's the insulin that is giving guys like cutler, branch, kamali that look.

What ever. Sad thing is that those Pro BB:ers stand for example for younger generation of BB:ers, who adopt their methods without thinking, and at the end there will be only those GH-gut gorillas who look like shit on stage.

Charles is good at figuring out hybrid exercises to hit a muscle a certain way... much like Gironda was.

Gunter is a good example. He needed very specific exercises to help his structure rather than the standard routines. Charlies helped him appear wider with better upper pecs and more back detail which is exactly what he needed from 2000 onwards.
