if a muscle stops growing for an extended period your doing something wrong.
you have to shock a muscle. I think with Arms every guy wants big Arms. well ..superset.Triset..Giant sets...what ever...but i still got great gains from undergrip chins (weighted).

yeh course i am ::)............ i think after 15years training id be amazed at a half an inch gain in the rest of my training years, alot of the guys who claim constant growth are also fat, be alot of crying if any of them actualy dieted down and seen how big they actualy were..

in shape my arms are 18" cold,,, they can be any size i want them to be otherwise tho, ive had them over 19" cold too but i definatly wasnt in shape
