this was yest
morn:
took all my slin/t3/gh/hcg(this day)
1. ate 6 slices turkey bacon/1pak rasin,date oatmeal mixed with 1 cup plain oatmeal/orange juice/egg white up you mass shake
every 3 hours
2. egg white protein shake (past egg whites and up your mass 3 scoops) --- then I ate some easter candy like a reese egg or 2 and then I drank a pepsi while smokin kush
3.went to Cook OUt - got a 1/2lb burgar with chili, cole slaw, onion, cheese/med order of cheese fries/drank a coke ZERO with that
4.egg white protein shake and I ate a blue slushie and some jalepeno chips about half a bag
5. Din din - I ate about 7 rolls of sushi, cruchy roll, spider, california, spicey tuna, drank like 4 bottles of sake, coule chicken rools, and I ate a girl orange peel chicken she didnt finish - good night
6late night I had some muffins, a pecan pie mini thing, I got sick and threw up from smokin really good shit so I 86d my protein shake
