Which brand(s) and flavor(s) do you like to buy there?

I only bought the plain, but now they don't carry it ~ only the blueberry and strawberry ~ which I've never had.  I add my own mixin's .  Now that they have FAGE, I get that.

Frozen wild caught salmon there again this week.  Not the sockeye though.  I think this stuff is from China.

The cherries have been good ~ $1.99/lb

Guac is so quick and easy to make so whenever I have people over last minute, I whip some up.  These chips are AWESOME!  A 1lb bag is like $2.39.  Everyone always comments on how great they are.

Okay, thanks.
I bought some of the strawberry & peach to try. Not bad; I wasn't sure quite what to expect.

I've never had FAGE before, but the folks on here seem to like it. Maybe I'll pick up some today to try.

For a fruit added variety, I'm sure it's good.  I just don't like anything added ~ too much sugar and reminds me of added jam ~ not a good combo IMO.  FAGE is great and so is the Aldi PLAIN 0%.  Add your own fresh or frozen blueberries (or other fruit), a smidge of peanut butter and some sweetener (I use Splenda).  Bon Appétit

Use the FAGE in place of sour cream for anything.

I think this might even be better than Nutella at half the price.

Nice!
Does anyone make an off-brand Peanut Butter Company product; particularly their dark chocolate dreams flavor?

I stopped on the way home from work today. On your recommendation, I bought the FAGE & looked for the hazelnut spread, but couldn't find it. I found the Berryhill section, but not the stuff above.

My Aldi also doesn't carry the Fit N Active ground turkey.
I'll have to stop at the other store a few miles out to check there.

It should be by the peanut butter and jelly section.

I saw the other Berrhill jars of jams, jellies, etc.
I'll look again; it seems like a pretty standard item.

There's also another Aldi store nearby that I'll check.

Taste doesn't usually bother me, but this stuff "needs" something added to it; be it fruit, honey, etc. I can't eat much of it plain.
I first tried adding blueberries since they are my favroite fruit outside of Bay. It helped, but honey seems to be the best. In fact, I can eat more than I probably should with honey added.

I stopped on the way home from work today and bought two more tubs of it.
Forgot the honey, though.

I'd like to try it as a sour cream substitute sometime.

Does anyone like PLAIN yogurt of any style or brand?  Plain Greek yogurt is SO versatile.

Yes, I never eat it "plain".  Mostly with blueberries, smidge of peanut butter, sweetener ~ might add homemade granola or dried cranberries or dried cherries.  Of course it's great in smoothies.

Anywhere you'd use sour cream or even mayo.  Mix in some pickle relish and use as a tartar sauce for fish.  Add a dry package of seasoning (like ranch or taco) and use for a dip or spread.  Use it in place of sour cream called for in baking (like in a chocolate cake).  Mix in a small amount of sweet/hot Thai chili dipping sauce and use it for a dipping sauce for egg rolls or other hors d' oeuvres.  Mix with salsa.  Mix with chives, dill, etc and use on top of baked potato.  Use your imagination!

This recipe is ALWAYS a hit!!

http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipes/browse-all-recipes/peanut-chicken-skewers-with-chili-mayonnaise-recipe-00000000024595/index.html

For the dipping sauce, I use the Greek yogurt with some of that Thai sweet/hot chili sauce mixed in.  People rave about it!

Once in awhile Aldi will have a special buy on dipping sauces.  I just opened a bottle the other day and used it.  It was AWESOME.  Had some great kick to it.

Oktoberfest at Aldi!

What's on the "menu?"
I'm terrible when I go in that place. It's usually on the way home from work or the gym, and I typically make a b-line straight to the sections I always visit, with blinders on to everything else.
