You dont look like you weigh 190lbs, ive stood next to you, you have good muscle thickness and density from your 40+ years of bodybuilding and ill take your word that you are natural, you have consistently trained and eaten like a bodybuilder for so long and i think consistency is the key to bodybulding, but 190lbs
