thats beause he was and is lazy bodybuild,,that mean did not push as much food as needed with the insulina and gh ,,henever did high doses insulina ,,he just did hgh and insulina at enough doses to get to 190-200 of balonie on stage at 5'6 ,,many lik ethat around,,true he didnt do 60-10 iu a day to be 240lb 6-8% 5'6 but he sure did enough to walk around 200-210lb at 5'6 with abs: )

Why the dislike for slin...or the whole bodybuilding...?

2. you see the sanches fella? rodigexz whatever the fuck his name is ,,the brother raymond brother of tito,,look at him ,,fella with nto good genetic ,,average at best ,,and he climb the ranks by the usage of mega doses of drugs,,he practicaly look like death ,,does he even come remotely to top 202 class,,NO! the drugs got him there,,in your case you most likley can win 202 o ,,i really mean that,,the problem is you need money ,,you need a sponsor ,,and if not sponsor you need to follow the brother raymond way,,your genetic potential with his drug regemin = winner of 202 o ,,he will always be a bad version of rich gaspari wanna be,,he is just uses enough drugs to get conditioned size ...with you you can get by with less but still you have to up it and go full force,, there is no half ways in bodybuild,,

you should never give up or quit this,,because you competing ifbb top pro ,,and yes this is top pro not someone who try to get pro card for many years and cant,,even they shouldnt quit,,you dont quit bodybuild because you will later regret it ,,bodybuild is 2 step backwords on every step forword ..remember that,,all the muscle memory they talk about means balonie ,,if you dont keep it ON DRIVE you go back ,,and the older you get the harder it is to come back

you know,,the sad thing is you have this fellas in every gym across americana ,,

you know them too!! they never know your name per say ,,you always see them on friday in the local club drunk with their bro or with whoever bud,, they useddd to be 260 with abs lol at 5'8 ... they used to place 10th in nationals well they say 8 the reailty they were placing 8 in thei class and over all were maybe 14 lol ,,they now with liver problems and or kidny problems ,,and shadow of former self ...so they go 210 and then go on HORMONES AGAIN! EVENTOUGH SICK ...they cant give it up and put themself in it again since addicted! and are walking 234 lb in the local gym in your local no wherre to be found town ...with gut and 9% while their liver and kidny slowly dieing a final death!

you all know them ,,YOU ALL KNOW THEM ,,and they like to talk about how good they used to be ,,and the local gym rats say to up and coming bodybuild that these fella was the best of the best and he is number one and you can only dream of looking like him when you already passed him 10 times and remained with your health intact..

this is what gh15 is there for! to wake you up,,to wake those fellas up ,,now those fellas never read getbig or any other boarding ,,they are used to their doors being busted and selling x in clubs,,,they dont read nothing ,,like twister here they competed 207 lb ...5;8 not 5'6 lol and were walking offseason 260 8% lol,,like twister here they were all married and divorced 3 times...lol they were all also with problems with le in some times in theri lives ,,

You're totally spot on, what i think is more BB should just refuse to play this game. It will not give you rewards doing this, you will place last, but you MIGHT make a difference if you speak up and get heared.

You cannot be the only pro feeling like this, and on the message boards you read so many people that prefer the old school look over the mass monsters.

Maybe it can change bodybuilding to the better if there were more people like you, telling it how it is.

thats bullshit. he does look improved from 06 to 07, but he looks about the same now, except his lower body seems to be a thicker.

slin is garbage. it causes muscle bloat-water and glycogen retention. not muscle gain.
