Nah, it can go past that. My friend is slightly bigger and doesn't even lift. 5'10, 155lbs but lean as fuck. No lifting, 2 meals a day...just a college kid. Plays basketball and thats it.

Now he has the genetics to be a top fleet pro, if he wanted to.

But the thing is, even if one has a very lean and conditioned natural physique, then he must keep training very regularly and consistently to maintain it. Even 1 week off, will cause quite a difference in the quality of his physique. In my own experience, I start to regress after 4 or 5 days of no training :'( Also the training must be kept at that certain level that brought one there. For example, if one keeps training but takes the intensity down a notch or two then his physique will go down a notch or two as well.

 Having drugs muscles just takes too much maintenance for me. I like to have the freedom to drop my whole routine for a week or two if I want. I don't want to lock into a commitment that requires constant work and drugs high food intake.

 Just depends what you're trying to do.

 If you're trying to be at 95-100% of your genetic potential, then what you say is true.

 But if you're satisfied to just be at like 70-80% of your genetic potential, you can take a more laid back approach to the whole thing.

Steroids LET you keep muscles. When you're on gear, you can slack with the diet, slack with the training and so on... Why the fuck do you think movie actors and these Guidos take steroids?? Because they don't want to bother working out hard, 4 times a week, have the diet in check all time and lose the conditioning and muscle from the day that you stop??

Surely, THIS kind of steroid muscle will go away quickly when you stop and is only the "bloat", so to speak, but training on steroids let's you add a lot more freedom to training, diet and so on than training naturally.

And if you start to get fat, add some GH, Tren or ECA.
