I am not eating large meals.   for instance today I awoke and ate like this

1st meal   6 egg white 1 whole egg and one cup oatmeal
2nd meal   6 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast
3rd meal   1 can of tuna with hot sauce and one cup of oatmeal
4th meal   8 ounces of boneless skinless chicken
5th meal   6 ounces of steak and 1 baked potato
6th meal   1 cup of oatmeal   4 egg white
7th meal  1 catelope half and 1 cup of raisins and almonds
 8th meal havent eaten this one yet but will be later this evening  but this will be more fruit maybe some yogurt


all small meals about 2 hours apart throughout the day 7 days a week
1st meal   8 egg whites 1 whole egg and 1/4 cup oatmeal (no milk)water
2nd meal  4 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast,salad,water
3rd meal   1 can of tuna with hot sauce and 1/4 cup of oatmeal (no milk)
4th meal   4 ounces of boneless skinless chicken
5th meal   1 can tuna,water (steak is too calorie dense and if you are fat,eat it only after you have reached your desired leaness)
6th meal     10 egg white ( C`mon,4 fucking eggwhites is 12 gms. of fucking protein)
Meal 7 no fruit too much sugar just eat 6 times.......get serious dude!

Yogurt is a fucking snack,not a meal.

PORTION CONTROL IS KEY IF YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT AS WELL AS BEING DEDICATED AND WILLING TO MAKE A FEW SACRIFICES.

What's wrong with fruit? Lots of fiber, vitamins, good taste and very low calories.

Truth is I have been eating right for about the last year, Before that I wasnt living a healthy lifestyle and ate just about anything I could get my hands on.    I have been in the gym for the last year solid and my diet has been pretty good,  As of lately  "last 4 months" it is super clean.

 
ok, well good for you, but you realize as you get closer to your weight loss goal it typically seems to become more and more difficult to loose the remaining pounds? this said, my suggestion is to, again, eat clean and divide it up into five or six small meals a day. cardio sometime other than weight training separated by a couple meals ideally. supplement w/ caffeine, ephedrine, and perhaps yohimbee. no more than 60 minutes of cardio a day. set a realistic goal no further than 12 weeks a way. start with 15-20 min cardio a day and ramp up as needed. take at least one day off.

this is very good. milos approved. watch the yogurt though. safest choice is plain. i suggest sweetening with just a pinch of stevia. :)

good points. also detoxifying. :) eaten in proportion to your lean meats, complex carbs, and vegetables they are no problem.

Fruit is great,just cut it out until you get lean.......too much sugar,and steak is awesome but if truly fat,leaner protein sources are more ideal choices.

You have to sacrifice certain foods until you get lean,then re-introduce them in moderate portions after goal is acheived.

Not much to give up if you look like dogshit and really are determined to get leaner and lose fat...........everything counts.

If it was easy,everybody would be walking around at 5 % bodyfat with great size.

I already do 60/990 mins a day.  should I do less and increase the intensity
