OP I'm not seeing your point here. Plenty of modern nattys look far better, including me*. Particularly in the leg dept, and god knows I'm nothing remotely special.
The modern supplements you mention are plain silly. Whey is just protein, same as meat or eggs. Creatine is good for a few pounds of water retention, lightening your wallet, and shit all else, and glutamine is a non essential amino that your body makes enough of by itself anyway. Modern training? Please. Pick heavy stuff up, put down, repeat. Not much difference then or now.
