nasser by a mile,ruhls best o. placing was 5th,nassers was 2nd and he was top 5 lots of times,both are freeks though!

Nasser has the better track record, but Ruhl from that crazy NOC pic or even his 2004 Mr Olympia version would be pretty hard for Nasser to beat. Marcus won't be outmassed, his back is 200% better than Nasser's and structurally he's not as bad as Kovacs or even Paco.

after listening to Nasser's 2 latest interviews on VPX sports, shotgun radio episodes 13+14 i dont think Nasser is GH 15

If Marcus Ruhl did not tear his tricep during the summer of 2003; he would've taken 3rd in the '03 Olympia (behind Ronnie and Jay)

Nassers best physique could not touch Ruhl in 2002, 2003, and 2004.

Unlike Nasser; Ruhl's back was very wide and very thick.. Ruhl would've won all the back poses.

Ruhl would have won the front lat spread, side chest, most muscular, and front double Bicep

Nasser probably would win the side tricep. The Ab/thigh would be a tie.... Or if not, Ruhl would get the nod.

This is not even worthy of a comparison - and I like Ruhl. As bodybuilders they barely belong on the same stage. Peak Nasser was pure perfection: mass with good aesthetics, great conditioning, symmetry and harmonious overall development.

Markus was big and great fun but a world class bodybuilder, he was not.

1999 British Grand Prix. Nasser won the Arnold earlier that year. Nasser was in his prime. this was Ruhl's 2nd year as a pro!! Ruhl is no where near his peak; yet he crushed Nasser

Why did the SJ's fuck up so bad in Nassers rear delt injections?

I mean, why did they get all infected and jizzed up? I understand hitting a vein or using a dirty needle, but why was it such a catrosphe for him?

Maybe it was just the whole "abscess" thingy. Maybe plenty of guys get away with it. I usually just notice it in "bee-sting" side delts.

I remembe seeing so many guys at the Sac and the Contra ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO - EVEYONE WAS DOIN IT- then tne judges decided to start marking down for it. Now its done more "tactfully" and deeper-not quite so obvious

I like Ruhl, but the minority here who think Ruhl > Nasser must also believe that the compeition during Ruhl's prime was much much more difficult than during Nasser's prime? Why else are Nasser's top placings top tier while Ruhl's are second tier?

again Nasser was and is still is the only 280 pound BB on stage, shredded with a tiny waist, no gut distension, great V taper , shape, symmetry+ aesthetics.

truly blazed a new trail that many tried to emulate but never could.
