Take care of yourself through diet and exercise, drink/drugs in moderation, stay out of the sun, get proper rest and maintain an optimistic outlook on life.

No excuse for people to look like shit as they age, except for those prone to laziness and self-indulgence. Referring to, of course, 99.999% of the population. That's not Charlie Sheen...?

Oh yeah....

LOL!

any guy who keeps count after 40 has major issues.  until 40 you keep count because you actually think that it's cool - after that you realize you have some issues - even more issues if you keep count.
I agree I lost count after 25... alcohol didn't help!

It is her. She's 71 by now (....)

And what about these two I found: you can hardly see who they are..

Apart from being fatter Simon Le Bon still looks good for his age, no idea who the other is.

Must be even more confronting for bodybuilders....when did you became aware that you wasn't a spring chicken anymore?
For me it was when hot young girl behind the counter started calling me "sir"......

These guys have experperienced more in 1 year that most of us will in our whole lives.  They can all die today and have truly LIVED life to the max.  Fucked thousanfs of models, took pounds of drugs, drank 100's of gallons of booze and just live it up.
