ok THE TRUE BALONIE, so maybe their isn't drugs in mcd's food lol.  But their are those chemicals.  It does reel you in and I know many on here will agree with me.  Just the facts.

It never gets bad enough to the point that simple willpower can't evade it, but I do find myself driving by Mcd's or any fast food chain, and staring it down like hot broad walking down the street.

Oh stfu Adonis you elven eared mongoloid. What about your "Schizer Sundays" when Jezebelle put's on Erasure's best of CD, squats over your potch marked accutane abused face and unloads a vintage cream of corn dirt bath in through your gap teeth while you lap it all up like a basset hound wearing nothing but your encrusted grandmothers strumpfhosen. I think the caloric intake far exceeds 2 burgers and some nuggets.

Great post...but I think you meant to write "pockmarked".

anything artificial IS NOT NATURAL.  fast food and artificial go hand in hand.  fast food and natural ingredients do not

anything artificial was made with natural compounds, you can't make things from nothing, so everything is natural in a sense.

i know not natural, but even chemicals are made with things that come from this earth, natural, just you combine certain ones and you have something chemical.

hell, with that argument steroids are natural !

then u combine them and they become chemical?

1 natural +1 natural = a chemical ?

so ur proving that fast food does have chemicals?
i'm getting lost

McDonald's Cheddar McMelt is a classic and probably the best sandwhich ever created. It is perfect for mass building also. If you want to gain mass, you should eat "relatively" clean during the week and then pig out and eat whatever you want on weekends. That way, you gain mass without increasing bodyfat much. Eating a couple Cheddar McMelts on your pig out day gives you alost 50 grams of complete protein and 30 artery-clogging but testosterone boosting saturated fats. As long as you eat relatively clean most of the week and do plenty of exercise, you will be fine.

SUCKMYMUSCLE
So you just need to eat one per day, because it provides 50grs of protein. Right?

Chicken Nuggets Are Made Of This Pink Goop

This is mechanically separated chicken. Chickens are turned into this goop so we can create delicious chicken nuggets and juicy chicken patties. It's obscenely gross and borderline alien but it's not going to stop me from eating nuggets. They're too good.
The process works a little something like this:
There's more: because it's crawling with bacteria, it will be washed with ammonia, soaked in it, actually. Then, because it tastes gross, it will be reflavored artificially. Then, because it is weirdly pink, it will be dyed with artificial color.

My pops is to alpha for this forum. He doesn't waste his time on the interwebs. He runs five miles to start the day off. We have two pitbulls he ties one around his waste ;D with some kind of tether runs that one until it's tired goes inside hooks the other one up and runs that one to the ground. Then he goes and catches huge trout in the little streams in our town. He knows every good fishing hole within 100 square miles. Then he comes home does his weight training, he has a big tire in the backyard that he hits with sledge hammer like the old time fighters. He goes to work for 8 hours. Him and my mom work 7 days a week! Not one day off! He cooks in the 100 degree plus kitchen putting out quality food faster then anyone I have ever seen.

He has a ginormous garden in the back yard corn, peppers, cucumbers, squash, cherry trees, peach trees, fig trees, mulberry trees. He does all this by himself. He laughs at the internet doesn't even know how to turn on the computer. After work he comes home eats more food in one sitting then I can eat all day. Watches sportscenter takes care of the dogs. Does it all again the next day. Most amazing man I know. He escaped from fucking communist country when he was like 8. Never heard my dad cuss more than maybe once. Never seen him drunk. Never seen him hurt anyone. His hands look like fucken catchers mitts. They are so callused and fat from doing hard labor with his hands. We need more men like him.

Dad sounds epic. Is it rough living in his shadow?

Fear not Keebler, you gruesome aftermath of a gene splicing experiment on the Island of Dr. Moreau, im not going anywhere.

How dare you talk to Adam like this! He is an accomplished chef, a connoisseur of fine wines, a political activist, holds a deadlift record, has devised a formula to get anyone in epic lean condition EFFORTLESSLY, (even though no one has done so yet but him ;D) He also holds a patent for a gravity suit that NASA is scrambling to get their hands on and for your information McDonald's is THE perfect food of choice and in no way is responsible for obesity in the world.

The best meal I ever had in my life was in Boston. I had a full lobster with butter and white wine to go with it for U.S$10.00. Lobster is not my favorite food, but it is right up there and for this price it was the best meal I ever had. No one can beat that. It is impossible.

$70.00 is a lot of dough. If it was an all-you-can-eat lobster buffet, then it might beat my best meal ever, but I hardly think anyone would be able to eat over 7 full lobsters at once, which is what would be required for this restaurant to beat that meal I had.

It is. It's all you can eat lobster, clams, steaks, among soup buffet, dessert buffet. Not to mention the 5 or 6 ways they do shrimp. Uncooked, coconut shrimp (it's yummmmmm)so on and so on  Last time I went was after a full marathon. I ate 5 lobsters, 2 filets, tons of steamers, shrimp, 2 cups of lobster bisque. They let me bring home 2 big boxes of goodies.
