You shouldn't be ashamed of your lifts at all; you should be proud. I'm proud of the progress I've made over the past 20 years of working out (I still remember struggling with the 65's). But the pride should be within yourself, and that in itself should be enough. Again, you know that by listing your poundages that many on here will view it as you showing off, which will get in the way of what you say you're trying to accomplish by posting your chest workout. Why not just post the workout without any poundages?
Like I said to me I'm just listing my poundages and I think nothing of it I'm not gonna hide the to spare feelings ... Its a bbing or lifting forum why should I not post my poundage

So let's say this was a baking forum ... Me listing the ingredients used to bake my cake is showing of
And more importantly like I said if I was lifting let's say 60lbs it would be ok to post it

I don't really care about the trolls etc who come out with foolishness
If I think I've had a good workout .. Where I think I've learned something or I will post it andmore often than not I will post the poundage whether it's 10 lbs flyes or 100lb ... Simple
