C'on. We've all seen guys in the gym who use boat loads of hormones but rarely train legs. Why take steroids if you don't train the whole body? Seems crazy to me.
Maybe not everyone wants to have huge ass legs? I've stopped training legs myself couple of months ago cause they got too big and made me dysfunctional in other aspects of life, walking, running, Sex, no fitting jeans (I gotta wear baggies all the time eventough I don't like them lol) etc., too big legs are just a pain in the ass. I feel a lot better, more rested and got more energy since I've stopped doing legs (and I've trained them really hard; Front squats, back squats, legpress, all deep and to failure). That's a couple of months ago and my legs still overpower my upper body I'd say, eventough they might have lost a lil bit of size. I can tell you first hand that life is better without leg training, the toll is too much if you don't wanna step on stage in a thong.
I still train calves tough cause mine suck big time.
