Anyone do this? I bought some running sandals and tried it last week.
My calves were crazy sore for three days, but I'm going to try it out again today.

With or without shoes?
Seems like running nude would be hard. My dick would slap me in the face all the time.

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about. You can feel the gravel through these things.
You have to abandon the heel kick that you're used to with modern shoes.

it's usually after I spend an hour or two buried in the mud. And I'm often erect when running. No slapping there.

WTF!? Even Jesus and his Apostles had better footwear. Good luck with the shin splints.

”While on foot, the Tarahumara do not stroll from one place to their destination, running is used to perform everyday tasks. It is not uncommon for a Tarahumara to travel between fifty and eighty miles everyday at a “race” like pace…It is also said that a Tarahumara once ran six hundred miles in five days to deliver a very important message. The Tarahumara call themselves “raramuri” which means fleet foot or foot runner. ”

I keep one gun in my left hand and one gun in my right hand. I'm not going to tell you where I keep the high capacity magazine.

Why dont you buy yourself a nice pair of wine cork sandals to minimize the impact to your shins and soles when you jog down the street.

Run barefoot on grass or sand...even better, because your arch is a natural spring.

I threw up in my mouth a little bit when I saw those nasty feet. If you want to have shoes for running that feel like barefoot try these things. http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/index.htm

excellent advice, another problem is soreness if one does run to often, this caused med to run backwards during a month to alleviate and it build my calves up like nothing else done!

Ever since I got my Merrels I've not worn socks but the best ones I've ever worn are the Snap-On branded socks you can get on the tool truck.

i always had a problem with that rubber part on the bottom of the shoe pulling off or the leather breaking on a shoe. work boots are highly undervalued and underappreciated in all aspects. they weigh more wich forces you to try harder. i only wear normal shoes around the house for comfort when my feet want to be relaxed
