flinston is right,, big boned is big reason you are 240lb ,, really im tellin you here fellas with 30 inch waist in gym ,, gym rats ,, not competetive 200lb 32 inch waist 17.5 inch arms 6% wipe floor with those type of 240lb physiqes,, infact i will go here and say something that may piss you off groink but it has to be said,,
the level i see presented in this picture....240lb+ 6 feet or so ...this exact level from my VAST expericne ...this type of americano build ,, the type of hormones this physiqe is on ,, and the over all development of it ,, and trust me im rarely wrong when i analyze physiqes ...that type of physiqe go on stae 195-200lb after carb up,,you heard me right,,
now im talking 4% chizeled,, but yes last fella that i worked woith with this type of physiqe and bone structure was stepping on s tage 192ln in prejudging,, he was mainly aas but went heavier into gh and insulina and still got on stage 192lb ...he just didnt do it for the bodybuild he did it for attention ,,
very hard to explain and to determine from one picture,, but im rarely wrong on those subjects,,
