truth is very simple...I never dieted..ever, and I still don't, I eat WHATEVER..I just ate 5 slices of pepperoni pizza...when I was natty I was 14% bf....now the Tren has got me to 7-8%...I train and eat exactly the same...not one single thing is different
12-15 reps on everything, 3 exercises per bodypart, train VERY VERY hard, your eyes should be popping out of your head on rep 12..connect with your inner psycho and get three more. NEVER lose the feel of tension on the desired muscle, once you start just moving the weight from point A to point B, you are wasting your time.
