I think the best way to have striated glutes is to diet for a LONG time without dropping calories too much so you don't flatten yourself out and let the drugs do the fat loss.

you have to be pretty lean even at 12 weeks out tho.

but even then... it doesn't even mean your glutes are muscular enough to show deep striation.

I like Noel. Takes a lot of shit here in the Thunderdome and keeps on comin'. I can't but respect that ( even though I feel he has an underlyin' agenda ... could be wrong though ... ). :) :)


However, Bob Chick has been competin' for a VERY long time ... sooo, I'm inclined to agree with Chick. Plus, he's another guy I have a tremendous amount of respect for.


Personally, I think the glute subject is dumb as hell. NO ONE should EVER be marked down because their glutes aren't shredded. Not that I think that goes down, of course. There's one bb'er, in fact, who made his career off shredded glutes ... well, that and doin' backflips on stage ! LOL ! Tommi Thorvison ( sp. ??? ). I thought he looked like shit, yet his glutes were shredded to the hilt. Nickname was even " Glutezilla ". Lol. Chubby face he had, yet his glutes were shredded and striated. That's proof enough that glutes are DEFINITELY a genetic thing. Matter of fact, I'm gonna call up my Mom and Dad and find out if we have any family members with shredded glutes. See what my chances are. Hahahahaha ! ;D
