I think everyone here on this board agrees, that you are not an ugly woman, by no stretch of the imagination, but what Noel has done to you is nothing short of criminal.

The man has made you look depleted, not shredded in the way that people appreciate.  It is true that his approach has marginally given you a masculine look that you never had prior to working with him as well.

I'm not an IFBB pro.  I'm not a bodybuilder.  What I am is one of your fans who has supported your growth throughout the years, but this is just my sincere opinion.

Lori got sick with food posioning a week out, she got severly dehydrated, the pics were posted because it looked pretty cool as she was like driftwood, then we slowly filled her back up, she gained 7 pounds over her last competition weight and looked more cut. I'm not a guru but she showed alot of improvment.  I'm happy with how she looked, Sure we could have put 30 pounds on her in the same amount of time but thats not what she was looking to do and I totaly agree with her.
