Steve Forbes is awesome: Why copy japan and Europe? Thier economies slowing

The United States should not "follow the bad examples of Western Europe and Japan. These countries are all raising taxes and the results are frightening. Japan’s economy is declining. Southern Europe is in a severe recession. France and Germany are about to go into recession. Britain just reported disappointing economic news and experts believe its economy will go into negative territory."

Forbes calls efforts to try to reform the tax code and entitlements little more than two weeks before Christmas "ridiculous." And he says he is concerned about "the rich" label Democrats have slapped on the wealthy.

We understand. It's not easy to admit you wrote The Big Penis Book, or ghost-wrote all those "how to please your guy" articles on Cosmopolitan.

Perhaps you didn't know, but a lot of manufacturing is automated now.

No it isn't.

If only we allowed private roads, railways, and atomic powerplants.

Think of it.

Yes it is.

Skilled Work, Without the Worker

DRACHTEN, the Netherlands — At the Philips Electronics factory on the coast of China, hundreds of workers use their hands and specialized tools to assemble electric shavers. That is the old way.

At a sister factory here in the Dutch countryside, 128 robot arms do the same work with yoga-like flexibility. Video cameras guide them through feats well beyond the capability of the most dexterous human.

1951 is long gone. You spend too much time dwelling on the past.

The article is about some of the first mass produced housing communities and how cheap they were.

Your obsession with recent things is bizarre.

Well you are entitled to your opinion. Chances are we will never see the 1950's again. I was kid then, so naturally life was less complicated. I am not a kid now, and life is still good. You can live in the past, if that is what you choose. I prefer to live in the present.

Russia in their presidential elections had cameras in every voting station. Anyone could log in and see it. I did it myself. 600,000 Russians volunteered to monitor the Presidential Elections Online.  ID and Russian language only was required.  Paper ballots avoided fraud. Electronic voting in Amerika is a joke. Foreign observers were accepted in Russia and rejected in Communist Amerika. Any Russian could sign up to volunteer to watch out for voter fraud in person. In the end the election reflected the opinion polls from dozens of independent sources in Russia. Putin was the most popular and he was elected.

Oregon has mail in ballots.....very convenient!
