I stopped buying Protein powder 3 years ago and I look better than ever.

Nothing beats Naturl protein (eggs, fish, chicken breasts, beef, fresh milk, etc...)

listen guy, any bodybuilder that knows anything will stick to the food sources that work. but when you're working a shit ton of hours and live a hectic life, well, that's why protein shakes were created. remember, they are a "dietary supplement".

whey protein is extremely healthy and contains a water soluble antioxidant that has been found to protect the human organism from various cancers. It is the most biovailable protein source known to man. It is conevinant. It improoves the immune system. No reason not to take it honestly

nothing NOTHING is even close to be compared with walmart liquid eggwhites... NOTHING,, eggwhites either the walmart version or the green white of papetti or whatevr company make it now,, you know exacly what i talk about 4 dollaros for big one 2 dollaros for small one,,

nothing! beats it ,, nothing wil ever beat it ,, and it REALLY grow you ! this is the food you need on hormones THIS IS what grow you on hormones

when on hormones, you mentioned pro bodybuilders can get away with only eating 2 meals a day!!! Now if a hormonized bodybuilder is getting in 5 quality meals and 2 protein shakes, i think this is hardly a problem. Is there something, some type of lab result that shows protein shakes to be complete BUNK? If so, fuk them lol, but they are effective for the bodybuilder that does work 8 hours plus. I just think they deserve their place in this cult.

protien is not garbage ,, any protien is good ,, but the problem with powders is ....they ummm kill the midsections,, as simple as that,, ask mike arvila how much he pllayed with protien powders in the past....and you will understand why his skin is so thick...

this stuff gh15 say here you will not hear around,, it is hidden within a box ,, a lock box like my good friend maniac al gore like to call it,, all those things are brushed undeer the carpet...

protien powders have their place...if IFFFF you have no time and need the calories,, but....i much prefer to get eggwhites from walmart the drinking balonie ...some bananas...or pineapple dole,, and some oats.,, much much better,,the oats can be replaced by other things doesnt hve to be oats

supps are a good thing in general

the bad thing about them is the cost/result ratio compared to drugs and the idiotic ads put on by the supp companies

ronnie coleman had 3 wehey shakes in his pre contes diet, and this is not out of flex mag or supp-ads

90percent of pros use whey glutamin bcaa on regular basis (this are basic supps i recomend to every one)

creatin is good to hold at least bodyweight due waterretention if you lower the drugs, even if it does nothing for real muscle size this is a good thing in some cases

supps are good to get high protein without to much food volume what in my opinion often "kills a tight midsection"

and food volume is a real problem for a 250 pound bodybuilder

other supp i like:
glucosamin (what is your opinion on that? - gh15)

is ist a way to protect joints? (i know npp is better ;.)

What do you think of just cracking 6 eggs in a large glass and swallowing it like ROCKY did in training?? Vince Gironda used to tell the gym members at Vince's gym to do this, but I trust your advice the most...
