As you get more muscular if you squat and deadlift your sides grow.

My waist is quite big but it is the illusion that makes it look smaller.

Totally ripped I doubt mine would be less than 32"

Meal # 1:
8 eggwhites,1 whole egg (scrambled in non-fat cooking spray)
1/2 cup oats ( no milk,use artificial sweetener)
12 oz. water

Meal # 2 :
1 can water packed tuna (plain)
lg. green salad (with fat-free dressing......... should only contain 3 gms. of sugar or less)
12 oz. water

Meal # 3 :
5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 baked potato (use "I Can`t Believe It`s Not Butter" spray)
1-2 cups green beans
12 oz. water

Meal # 4 :
5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup green veggies
water

Meal # 5 :(Pre-Workout)
1 scoop whey in H2O
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats

Meal # 6 :(Post-Workout)

1 scoop whey in H2O
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats

Meals 5 + 6 should be placed pre and post workout respectively

Do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week after training and on off days (use an inclined treadmill.............si mply walk at a good pace varying the speed and the level of incline throughout)

That is not that bad actually.  Eggs, tuna salad and a chicken meal with potato and rice?  Tbumz should do this.

I did something similar to that diet for about 12 weeks. I lost about 2 inches on my waist and 10-15 pounds of bloat and fat. I'm not as careful anymore but I noticed I don't hold as much water and it's harder for me to put the weight back on. Doing intense cardio 3 times a week has really helped me to stay lean.

Shit,I diet like that all the time for shows..........once the mindset is good to go,it becomes routine........tough at first though.

No problem Jaime................... ....I start out for two weeks eliminating junkfood,bread,mayo,butter/margarine,dairy products,etc. then I go full bore...........makes it a bit easier to slide into without it seeming so Spartanlike.

nah but if i was serious about dieting id do something like

breakfast =  1lb 93% lean ground beef, 1 cup of rice

lunch= 3 chicken breasts, barbecue sauce, 8 slices of white bread.

dinner= 4 cans of tuna with chopped onions and baked carrots

cheat meal every few days.

lol I think he is :D Some people are just lazy fucks. Tbombz will never get lean, not in this lifetime. Pathetic. I dont like people who ar in between, either be a permabulker or be shredded. Dont huvver in the middle always acting like your gona diet and waste time when you could be putting on size, rather be a fat fuck with 10 more pounds of muscle at the end of the year and load the calories while I'm on gearr, then run in place and waste my cash on gear like.... that's depressing. yeah I look like shit but  At least I'm moving forward and growing, Taylor looked the exact same for three years.

Tbomz....Here is my advice to you if was in your shoes....dont mean this to sound offensive brother.

diet down and get very lean, grow your hair out... your gay anyways so it wont matter ....and pray to fucken god that the matt damon like face you once possesed comes back so you can bang some 17 years olds at lifeguard camp this summer. At least you had that going for you. This bodybuilding thing aint happening, at least not with the bunk you play with.

T, are you still clean?  You need to jump on a shitload of tren and clen and get, as Sith Tard Genova would say, "sickeningly lean" (paraphrased, since our poor Asperger's pal hasn't seen lean since his daddy's dick came in his mother). 

And still train heavy.  You said you could flat bench 405.  There's still no need to go over 315 or so, but don't be afraid of a quasi-Heavy Duty approach, push to positive failure on a handful of worksets/bodypart and only retrain in a week's time.  No forced reps, negatives or any of that shit. 

After doing 4 sets of 4 on the bench with some left in the tank (IIRC), that and the tren should definitely spur some nasty strength and size gains, even while you lean up.  Anyone who says you can't grow and get leaner at the same time's simply not taken pharma-grade stuff :)
