T, are you still clean? You need to jump on a shitload of tren and clen and get, as Sith Tard Genova would say, "sickeningly lean" (paraphrased, since our poor Asperger's pal hasn't seen lean since his daddy's dick came in his mother).
And still train heavy. You said you could flat bench 405. There's still no need to go over 315 or so, but don't be afraid of a quasi-Heavy Duty approach, push to positive failure on a handful of worksets/bodypart and only retrain in a week's time. No forced reps, negatives or any of that shit.
After doing 4 sets of 4 on the bench with some left in the tank (IIRC), that and the tren should definitely spur some nasty strength and size gains, even while you lean up. Anyone who says you can't grow and get leaner at the same time's simply not taken pharma-grade stuff
