Whey holds water.  So I am not sure if protein powders necessarily blow your waiste line, but you will have a film of water lining your stomach from it for sure.

But gh15 also eats ice cream. Why is that any worse than whey for holding water? And he also has mentioned MHP's Up Your Mass weight gainer.
