And that was part of the reason. The other being this board was a lot more bodybuilding oriented back then, had industry people and pros posting fresh content and was pretty intense. Now any bodybuilding news posted in the G&O is just copy pasted from somewhere else or a link to an MD video, other than the stuff Musclecenter posts. Also, pretty much everything AoO and YB have said above.

That's not to say it's bad now.

  Another one I miss is from the old, old, old board that probably no one remembers: HistorianYates. He was one of the best posters here from 2000-2003. The last posts I read from him were in 2004. This means that he never posted in the new board (2005+)Don't know what happened to him.
