Most anti-christian Demo-Leftists believe it is okay for Obama to have lied about this since, as a muslim himself, it was ok for obama to engage in Taquiya in order to get elected.

Ah. But, even as a Muslim, doesn't that mean that he believes in Allah? So why can Obama believe in "a fairy tale" that claims that there is a supernatural being that created the universe, earth and man and still be considered electable for the presidency?

Yet it is ok to joke about retarded people,

"Our political correct society is acting like some giant insult's taken place by calling a bunch of people who are retards, retards...There's going to be a retard summit at the White House." --Rush Limbaugh, on his Feb. 3, 2010 radio show

I doubt unlike Bachmann and your stupid ass, he doesn't allow or claim that the invisible man guides his action.

The stupid bitch obviously is now saying she is joking.  However at the time, doubtful so.  She is a religious nut that shouldn't be thinking for a single microsecond that she is the right candidate to lead her country.

-

Bachmann is an evangelical Lutheran who has long stressed her personal relationship with God in public forums. She previously revealed that while serving as a state senator, she asked God for guidance "and just through prayer I knew that I was to introduce the marriage amendment in Minnesota" that defined marriage as between one man and one woman. She also has said that God gave her and her husband visions of marrying one another prior to their first meeting, and that God called her to run for Congress.

-----

So we got a nutbag with visions and hallucinations.  Good job GOP.  Obama approves of this candidate.

Smarter than a DELUSIONAL one that claims God speaks to her and gives her visions.

Or sends natural disasters as punishment.

Obama said God speaks to him too.  So does Ron Paul and pretty much everyone running for president.

Did you watch the clip?  Looked and sounded like tongue-in-cheek to me.  I think the fact the liberal media jumped all over it is pretty funny.  And typical.
I watched the clip and posted in the third post that they claimed it was a joke.  It also says that in the article link in the first post.

How in the hell do you joke about that shit?  How is that remotely funny?  How is that even smart knowing how many idiots have become public fools for saying stuff like this?  It didn't sound like a joke to me and if it was, it's still worth mentioning just for the extreme bad taste in it.  If you just lost your home or your bother some fool publically joking that God did it because he's pissed at politicians?  yea, not cool. Joking or not, it's bad either way.

but for people like you, it's only a god joke ::)

She wasn't talking to people who had just lost their homes.

It's a dumb issue that will have a shelf life of about two or three days on CNN, MSNBC, etc.  I'm not surprised you're all over it.

But like I said, it's good message board material.

she wasn't addressing people who just lost their homes?  hahaha, that's a lame excuse.

Hey let me try... something like...  it's ok if you joke about the holocaust as long as you're not talking to the people effected. lol

Not making excuses.  I don't care one iota about this, outside of making talk on the board.  It is and will be a non-issue.

Comparing the recent tornado to the Holocaust?  That's retarded.

you certainly make a good point here.  You can't exclude the victims of terrible events when using these events to score points politically.  Or to make a joke.  I don't know which is worse.

They're both terrible events that took lives.  It's a poor comparison because FEWER people were killed?

What is the numberical cutoff for joking about a mass death event being funny?  We know it's between 24 and 6,000,000.  What the death toll cutoff for humor to emerge, beach Bum?

I didn't compare the recent tornado to the holocaust.  Just testing out your excuse to see how it might sound on something else that effected people's lives.  Sounds stupid no matter what you use in there. Katrina, fukashima, tornados whatever...

Obama said he is a DEVOUT Christian.  What does that make him?

It makes him a devout Christian (if he actually is). It does not make him a religious nut bomb like Bachman who would impose her extreme religious values on others.

Don't know if you've actually looked at what Obama has to say about his faith, but it's pretty much indistinguishable from Bachmann, or any other practicing Christian.

What specific "extreme religious values" do you think she will impose on others?
