If you don't take any drugs, then increasing it to 200 or 250 gm will definitely boost your size and strength. This is assuming you are lifting hard and recovering OK. You'll still build muscle and get stronger on lower doses, but not as much as on the increased dose, esp. if part of that protein comes from red meat.

You've got to try it out and see for yourself. Big guy fat fucker like you can eat 200-250g a day easy.
Of course it all depends how you spread it through the day. 250grams means 8 or 9 meals every 3 hours. So set your alarm clock at night.

That's actually what took me just beyond twink stage, I think I'm somewhere between tiny-tit and twink now.
