Jezebelle and I just finished cooking and eating after quite a long day.

We had 2 Rib-Eye Steaks (Sous Vide) covered in Truffle Oil and Butter.
Green Beans with Ricotta (Our Crops from the garden)
Steak Fries
And Breadsticks (Decided to use the Cold Fermented dough for these instead of another Pizza)

Oh and a glass of Orange Juice with that.


I have a Biga started for some bread I am going to bake tomorrow, Rosemary/Olive/Parmesan loaf

and I will also bake a cake.

That is really all I need.....I am endomorphic.....so I don't need to eat a large abundance of calories.

(Pre/during work out) 1 scoop NO-Xplode

Post work out:
2 scoops whey protein
1 teaspoon creatine monohydrate

I buy Muscle Milk, a protein supplement from Costco. I haven't experienced a bad reaction from it in the past. I did just open a new bag the other day. However, I think my system would react more quickly if it was the protein supplement. I has some left over Chinese food for lunch, maybe  that is what fucked me up. For dinner, I had two Polish sausages and vegetable salad. Later I had a slice of homemade apple pie. Don't think those would be the problem. I drank an 8 oz. glass of Cranberry juice in the evening.

Because I didn't feel sick at any point, I doubt it would be the flu (plus I never get the flu). It has to be that something didn't agree with me.
