lets get it back on track then Smiley

yesterday I had
3 coffee w sweetner (0 cal)
3 jerk chicken legs (600cal)
5 whole eggs on a English muffin (500cal)
1 slice peanut butter pie (400cal)

this pie going to be the death of me. my buddy brought it up from the US for a BBQ I had this weekend. it had to weigh 10 pounds bro. there's half left. lol shit keeps sabotaging me. Cheesy

I love peanut butter. the only thing I like better than PB is when it's covered in chocolate.

How do you fit 5 eggs on one English muffin?

Ah yes Peanut Butter. I think a taste for it comes down through the genes, my grandmother liked it, my father eat everyday, now I have to have it everyday. It's actually a good food yes high in cals and fat but good fats for long chain energy just watch the intake.

Peanut butter undergoes a transformation when you are about 16, from "The stuff my mum spreads on toast and makes me finish every last bite before I can leave for school" to "WHO THE FUCK FINISHED THE PEANUT BUTTER?HuhHuh??"

You ever try a spoonful in cottage cheese with cinnamon and a sweetener??  ...or maybe mixing a chocolate protein powder in it??

It's sooooo good. Tastes like junk food  Cheesy

lol qft and funny cause it's true.

and as you get older you'd rather eat it off the spoon cause nothing should adulterate the taste of that peanuty goodness, or you start doing weird shit like eating it w BBQ chicken and steak.

(try it)

Natural PB, vs Thick sugary spreads PB is a night n day difference.

I remember as a kid, there was this brand with PB and Jam swirls all in the same tub.

More addictive than crack.

Sadly, i can't find this in Canada.

Yeah cinnamon won't hurt dieting efforts, I add it on my coffee at times also. Under 2 grams of carbs for a teaspoon and you won't need that much throughout the whole day.

The cottage cheese and other dairy I've had to eliminate being stricter with dieting.

This may sound kind of gross but if you beat egg whites you can work them up to a foam sort of like a whip cream. I've been having low carb treats like that flavoring them with equal and cinnamon. It's way more filling this way....

I cannot believe people are still falling for diet drinks. They are just as bad for you as those with real sugar....maybe worse.

Live 45 min outside Atlanta....in semi-deliverance territory. Love it beyond words...born in Moscow lived until 7 then NY till 15 then other large cities Jacksonville, San Antonio.

.....fuck metropolis living

I have a hawk that nested on my property.....absolutely gorgeous creature, not the usual flying rats in the cities.

"Humminbird Cake"??

Sorry, didn't proof my own post. It should have been Hummingbird cake.

Here is a recipe for it: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/hummingbird-cake-recipe/index.html. I've never had it before. My wife and I shared one very large piece. We had lunch out.
