630 am protein shake 45gms 1 litre water

amiono acid powder 1 litre of water
2 breakfast biscuits

200gms chicken fillet

amiono powder 1lire water
two breakfast biscuits

protein shake 45gms 1 litre water

potatoes and gammon with cheese sauce

protein shake 45 mgs 1 litere water

bowl cereal (cinamon crunch) splash milk.

how many cals you at?

i'm thinking about cutting cals for a while and going back down to sub-5, right now i'm @ sub-8

when i cut cals before i was @ 1600-1800 per day, but i think that this time around i can go to 2000-2200

My normal diet would just be the same as above but I would have milk with the shakes and have chicken sandwiches and a few extra biscuits.
I also dont bother what I eat when I go out, I have whatever I like (pizza, pasta, chinese)

PS I usually have cereal in the morning whilst on my diet but yesterday I was late, hence just the shake.

Why so many shakes per day Jeff?  Honest question.

Today I have had 2 coffee's splashed with milk, no sugar.

4 eggs scrambelled with little water and milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6oz. chicken brest with homemade salsa with avacado in it.

tonights meal plan

2 5oz. lamb shoulder cutlets
1-2 cups green beans

some muffins floating around my office trying to bring me down.  fuck

awesome bro!

was just telling gal over email I'm just going to stay in the hole as long as I can now I hate the way the water affects me. I like the fullness and vascularity but miss the crispness and tight look of ultra low cal the days I'm watered out. kicking around the idea of forgoing the big meal altogether for a bit and running that blend in the book as it'll give me the fullness and vascularity w/o the water issues.

keep pushing bro good on ya!
