Live 45 min outside Atlanta....in semi-deliverance territory. Love it beyond words...born in Moscow lived until 7 then NY till 15 then other large cities Jacksonville, San Antonio.

.....fuck metropolis living

I have a hawk that nested on my property.....absolutely gorgeous creature, not the usual flying rats in the cities.
I used to live in Alpharetta GA North had to fly alot the airport is south Atlanta was a pain had always leave like 3 hours before flight time. Got tired of that shit.

I made tomato aspic which my wife and I ate for lunch and dinner.

For breakfast I had, cottage cheese, orange juice and coffee.

For dinner we had sirloin burgers with cottage cheese and tomato aspic.

Later in the evening we splurged an each had two scoops of lime sherbet.

I drank a lot of coffee and a couple too many glasses of scotch.

Note: this is not a bodybuilding diet! LOL.

how many cals you at?

i'm thinking about cutting cals for a while and going back down to sub-5, right now i'm @ sub-8

when i cut cals before i was @ 1600-1800 per day, but i think that this time around i can go to 2000-2200

My normal diet would just be the same as above but I would have milk with the shakes and have chicken sandwiches and a few extra biscuits.
I also dont bother what I eat when I go out, I have whatever I like (pizza, pasta, chinese)

PS I usually have cereal in the morning whilst on my diet but yesterday I was late, hence just the shake.

Why so many shakes per day Jeff?  Honest question.

Today I have had 2 coffee's splashed with milk, no sugar.

4 eggs scrambelled with little water and milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6oz. chicken brest with homemade salsa with avacado in it.

tonights meal plan

2 5oz. lamb shoulder cutlets
1-2 cups green beans

some muffins floating around my office trying to bring me down.  fuck
