210g non fat Greek Yogurt + scoop whey + serving honey + 300g berries + 50g pomegranates
200g cooked white rice, 200g cooked chicken, broccoli
2 fiber one bars
2 maple syrup candies

Today:
1 cup egg whites, 100g cooked chicken, 2/4 cup grits, 1 banana, 1 Gold Kiwi, 1 green kiwi
Lunch portion: Kung Pao Chicken with white rice
