call me one unhealthy mother fucker then because i drink 5-6 diet sodas a day. keeps me sane when eating strict. sugar free gum by the pack as well.

BRAVO bro, same with me!!!!  Gotta have Diet Dr. Pepper, Coke ZERO, etc... even sugar-free fruit gums, etc.. to stay on the diet.

Light day yesterday.. Usual breakfast omelete-oats-fruit-coffee.. Chicken and salad x3 for the rest of the day.

Yesterday I had two cups of coffee with soy milk. Snytha6 chocolate shake mixed with water. Oats with soy milk. Bowel of home made tomatoe and red lentil soup. Spinach and avocado salad with salmon. Bunch of grapes

somewhat. I mainly ride bicycles now, so I try to be pretty lean not to carry around excess fat.

We had a guy who (almost) won the tour de France but was caught doping. I don't follow pro cycling as they are all doping, and I don't like that.
This guy is Danish and won the tour de france some years back.. but he also doped. :

i know this might sound nasty but i diced up 2 whole onions yesterday n put them in a non stick pan n fried them up, i cut up a green pepper also in threw that in there, throw some mrs dash on that and it tastes pretty good. they taste great n pretty much have super low calories, little choices we make during the day with food make big results in getting lean

thats cool u can get away with the peanut butter n jelly sandwich before bed, my metabolism isnt good enough to do that. i cant even eat a peanut butter n jelly sandwich during the day without negative effects on my fat loss, my metabolism sucks ass

my metabolism sucks as well......i don't eat the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that often......at the most twice a week......and usually earlier in the day.

thats how i cook my chicken. cut it up and cook it with onions. little trick, let the onions get to the point where they start to brown and stick to the pan, add in a bit of water and all that carmalized flavor will give the chicken and oinions a french onion soup type flavor. fucken good.
