nope, cheddar cheese

and here's what i ate yesterday

breakkie= 75 grams of cheese
             coffee with milk and sugar

lunch= 250 grams of skinned chicken thigh
          450 grams of taramisu ice cream

snack= 75 grams of cheese
           300 grams of chocolate ice cream

din-din= 400 grams of skinned chicken thigh
            400 grams of white rice

total cals= 4032

and still sitting @ sub-5 8)

all that cheese and ice cream.. are you bulking?

I wouldn't enjoy eating cheddar for breakfast without bread or other stuff. But to each his own.  :)

Oatmeal with soy milk, a banana and a scoop of protein powder.

Pasta sauce with turkey and veggies. No pasta.

2 chicken breasts.

A handful of veggies and a couple scoops of pb.

Lots of h2o.

I'm cutting but I've recently been to busy to find time to eat.

not bulking, just adding lean muscle tissue without adding fat 8)

the key is to eat more cals but not too many cals

at the moment i'm averaging 3000-3200 cals per day and it's working very well :)

breakfast: 1 banana

lunch: Large whole-wheat baguette with chicken and bacon

afternoon: 2 soft ice cones from Burger King

dinner: 2 soft boiled eggs with whole-wheat bread

evening: 2 oranges and a protein shake

Breakfast: cup of tea with a tiny bit milk no sugar. Cant be bothered with brekfast on work days.

Lunch: a couple of ham and cucumber buns, fruit.

Dinner: 4 chicken breasts with pasta.

Lots of cups of tea and water throughout the day.

Just ate a huge plate of leftover homemade perogies, fried in butter with garlic and onions.  Yummy!

So am I correct in reading that for lunch you had both boeuf tartar and steak (presumably this portion was cooked unlike the boeuf tartar which is raw)? Is this beef overkill?

it was a buffet so there was a lot of different things. Tartat first, then steak and pasta :)

Oh, I get it. Hopefully not a buffet in a restaurant. I would be leery of eating boeuf tartar off a buffet. Who knows how long it sat there growing bacteria? I want my boeuf tartar very fresh.

That is what counts....being careful about what you eat. I once got hepatitis A from eating something, probably salad in a restaurant. It is a nasty illness. I was exhausted for a month. Of course Hep A is far less harmful then the other versions of Hepatitis; B, C etc.

agreed, the only thing that was missing was the french fries ;D

today i had 2 ckicken cordon bleu filets and later on ce soir i'll have a cheese and pepperoni pizza

Lunch: New England clam chowder, provolone cheese on a chiabatta roll, a glass of water and one cup of coffee.

Dinner: French dip on a hoagie roll with Caesar salad and a glass of water.

Snacks so far: two protein drinks. One more to go.

I didn't buy it either. -Used to eat like a horse. -Had a metabolism which was so fast, one might think I was on speed.
