breakfast: oatmeal

lunch: dark bread with meat

afternoon: banana

dinner: potato salad w/ mayonaise and sausages (gets nauseating after a couple of portions.. lol)

supper - chinese takeaway with mixed meats in black bean sauce with crispy noodles and spare ribs and saltand chilli pepperchicken wings.

Kinda disgustingly slobbish diet day

tomorrow is bench and i'm gonna tear dat shit up 8)

double bodyweight bench, strict competition style with a full 2 second pause at the chest, here i fucking come :) (although coach will still mop the fucking floor with me :'()

Did a full hour of cardio at the gym.  Feeling good about myself driving home, but then I see McDonalds.  Drove up to McDonalds ordered two double Big Mac's and a chocolate shake.   I now hate myself.  ;)

Don't attach such strong emotions to what you eat or don't eat. It makes it really difficult to separate eating to survive and eating for enjoyment. If you crave two Big Mac's and a chocolate shake, enjoy it. For the rest of your meals that day, eat light and healthy. It all balances out in the end. No one gets fat from eating one calorie loaded meal....it take many such meals to make a difference.

lunch...all blackened... tilapia fillet, shrimp 5 jumbo, oysters 6...with coleslaw

dinner....12 wings and dark berries fruit cup...

lots of hot tea during the day, lemon no sugar...its a Russian thing.

not everyday, but most days

the key is to train almost every single day, and to TRAIN VERY HARD, but not very long

i've put on about 2.5 kilos over the past few weeks and i'm still ripped

not sure how much more i can gain, but we will see

i won't let myself go over 7%
