For dinner, my wife is making salad Nicoise with jumbo shrimp instead of tuna. Should hit the spot, since it is suddenly very hot in Portland, OR. I am cooling off with two fingers of Chivas Regal 12 neat, a gift from a friend. It sure is fine compared to the rotgut stuff I usually buy.

Lunch....bowl of homemade gumbo....mmmmmmm good

Dinner....popcorn and a d. Coke at the movies

Hot tea at least three cups with lemon
