Just finished a delicious meal of five guys cheeseburger, with fries and a milk shake.

How can you eat that......
Greasiest food I have ever seen........lard with burger and fry flavoring :-X

Tell me about the honey mustard baked potatoes. I've not heard of these before. Baked potatoes, in fact all potatoes are a favorite food of mine. I am always looking for a new way to fix them.

Cheetos are one of my downfalls. I cannot believe you eat them though, they are full of weird chemicals. Thought you were more of a purist when it came to food.

the cheetos werent much like a handfull just something for taste and texture

yes chop up a ton of potatoes, add some cajun spice thats not high in salt, dont overdue the spice bake on 380 for 45 minites dont need to preheat

when done add alot of mustard and honey on top . it tastes awesome and mustard is very antiinflamatory, the honey makes it taste to perfection

lol it's a real catch 22 bro. it's very enjoyable at the time. and the day after you feel godly in the gym but if your dieting you really gotta fight off cravings the day after. I noticed it takes almost 36-48 hours after eating like this for the body to normalise in terms of appetite. it's also harder to normalise if a lot of sugar is involved. for some reason sugar consumption causes major cravings the next couple days after, more do than fats or any other carb source does.

Garlic bread with a greek dinner.  Only place that does that I know of LOL.

5 brown eggs,  1/2 cup whites 8ox sweet potatoe

Salad with 6oz 92% lean grassfed beef, olive oil

6oz chicken, black beans, yam

1 cup brown rice, 6oz ground turkey breast patty

90% lean grassfed beef, 1 cup brussell sprouts, olive oil

shake w/ 2 scoops protein powder, walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts, mac nuts, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, frozen blueberries, ice cube, frozen strawberries

nice eating....restrained but enjoyable..I always end the day with a a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as well..with a cold glass of milk......eat that about 8 or so and Im done until the next day

no actually I don't thanks for asking.

typically I'll fast for 36 hours after this. then diet on <1k cal a day after for 2-3 days. I find as I get leaner my body makes greater demands for such meals so yes I do eat like this quite often.

doing so results in a quite accelerated rate of fat loss and surprisingly enough lean tissue growth brought on by the severe calorie deficit in the days after.

myself and another knowledgable board member 'galeniko' wrote a book on the system we employ to walk around every day at <6/5% bf. he's 210 pounds. I'm 235.

feel free to pm us for a link to the book. copies are only $20 each and will positively change the way you approach fat loss forever with no cardio and eating whatever foods you want.

I would tend agree on this for myself at least. I just can't ever cheat in if I want to be really ripped. Maybe one or two cheats a month. Even that is a push.
