I sorta do the same thing everyday since I stopped lifting at age 73. Just daily push ups and 5-6 mile hike in the forest.

Protein bar with morning cup of coffee, mega vit/mineral pak
Peanut butter on wheat toast
Turkey sandwich on wheat
Bottle of Musclemilk
Dinner is low fat burger or turkey burger on wheat toast. Sometimes spaghetti with home made meat sauce, another turkey sand or cheese and salsa omelette with one whole egg and 5 whites
Snacks can be another protein bar, another peanut butter on toast, popcorn or another Musclemilk

Dayum simple compared to my lifting days.

Then one or two snacks a day.

Green drink, V-8
couple slices of salami
Hamburger on a ciabatta w/tomato American cheese and BBQ sauce, coleslaw

One hand of walnuts.

Supplements: 1 multi vita, 2 fish oil caps, 5gr BCAA's, 5gr creatine, 10gr waxy maize & 2 scoops of whey with cocoa powder.

Excellent diet! I often have more energy if I throw in some fruit as well.

I'm a bit lazy with prepping meals, so I hate peeling fruit. I also prefer low/medium glycaemic foods (most fruits are high, apples excluded). I drink some cloudy apple juice in the morning, esp after I've ditched the morning coffee.
Maybe I will try royal jelly. I've heard good stories about it's energy boost.

I store them in a sealed bag in the fridge.

i ran out of vitamins a month and a half ago, didnt experience any difference

but i got new ones now

i put the oats in a shake with protein pwder
