i ran out of vitamins a month and a half ago, didnt experience any difference

but i got new ones now

i put the oats in a shake with protein pwder
waste of money

Any difference? Food isn't just there to build good arms. You will harm your health on the long run if you don't consume them every day.

3 egg ham & cheese omelet w/peppers & onions
2 slices bacon
2 blueberry waffles w/syrup
1 pint whole milk w/choc whey

11:30-ish business lunch:
Seafood salad (lobster, crab, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, vinaigrette, etc)
Ribeye kebabs: ½ lb ribeye on skewers  w/tomato, onion, peppers
Skillet fried potatoes (home fries)

4pm:
Quizno’s regular classic Italian sub w/double meat

6pm: train chest, cardio

8 pm dinner:
8 oz filet
1.5 cups pasta w/wine sauce & parmesan
¾ cup mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
1 slice cheesecake

i was really sick today (i think the thai whore make me sick), almost didnt go to the gym, but "a day in the life of ronnie coleman - chest" youtube clip fired me up to go and had a real decent delt workout


now feeling like shit it was physically impossible to eat my kilogram of chicken,, 750grams rice, etc


but i was determined to meet my 4500 kcal because getting big requires consistant effort


so i had to improvise with less than optimal emergency solutions


in total i ate the following

190grams rice
250grams chicken
570grams fine oats powder
6 scoops of whey isolate
50grams dextrose
1 pizza 755kcal

i hope i didnt mistake anything

this should be around 4500 calories with a lot of protein



AH FUCK i think i forgot to count the post workout shake of 300 calories so actually exceeded the target with 300
