are you sure it's not 8.7%  ::) ::)

That would be a bb-related nightmare of epic proportions  :o

Edit: 8.1% today (Sept 20)

my wife brought home whole pizza pepperoni style,i had 2 slices and feel alittle bad,but man it tasted good ;D my theory is this,if a person eats clean all the time a slice or 2 of pizza aint gonna do no damage at all, if a person is training their balls,or twats off,in the gym daily and eating clean everyday u can throw alittle ice cream or pizza in every so often(1once aweek) and still get lean as hell,dont let anyone tell u different

Spinach and rigatoni stuffed ravioli sauteed in fresh sage and a touch of Omega-3 spread with toasted walnuts.  Great mix of protein and carbs and much tastier than that shitty Oat Powder Cell Tech Dextrose shit..

I am confused. Rigatoni is a tube shaped pasta. Are you saying you ate pasta and spinach stuffed in ravioli or spinach and rigatoni with ravioli (more pasta) sautéed in Smart Balance Buttery Spread with Omega 3 (essentially margarine with added flaxseed oil)? Perhaps you meant ricotta, which is a soft Italian cheese that one sometimes finds stuffed in ravioli. The toasted walnuts seem like a good addition.
