1 cup museli, 1/2 cup oatmeal, whole milk, yoghurt, banana

1 can tuna
1 large sweet potato
1 cup oatmeal with milk and yoghurt
1 large glass whole milk

2 ham and pepperoni italian pizzas
300gms turkey mince fried
salad
1 large glass whole milk

Supplements: 1 multi vita & 2 fish oil caps

170 gr   Chicken filet
450 gr   Brown rice
100 gr   Veggies
1tb spoon Olive oil
575 gr   Oats
50 gr        Whey Protein, natural taste
50 gr   Walnuts
6  Eggs

+5,000 kcal, 251gr protein, 130gr fats & 681gr carbs

Inner workout: 1 scoop BCAA, 1 scoop waxy maise & 3 scoops of grinded oats.
Post workout: 2 scoops of whey & 1 scoop of cocoa powder

had a lollipop and to small snicker bars,i was not hungry cause of stress and other things,its great for shedding afew pounds tho which doesnt hurt  ;)

when I'm deep in the diet I'll go 3-4 days w zero bm's. pass one the night of the cheat meal. another that am. then 3-4 days.

healthy? prolly not. since when was this abt health. a good gauge of your bodies utilisation of cals. I believe so.

it's no coincidence I've lost the most fat most rapidly when in this cycle.

1lb xtra lean ground chicken pressed into 3 patties and grilled w/ 10 small white potatoes. 800cal maybe

1 coffee w protein/ coconut oil 200cal

today

same as yesterday.

what I'm saying is I believe that you've got pretty much 100% caloric utilisation without any going to fat if you still have the energy to train hard and you have limited dumps.

think abt it- where'd all those cals go from the waste from overeating? if you have enough energy to train w limited limited food/ limited waste it's not a stretch to assume all that waste held cals the body couldn't utilize. and where do they end up?

I'm just a common sense guy. I observe things and take a common sense approach to making what I do work better. there's no way of proving it but it sure makes sense.

I think we get too caught up in the 'science of bbing' and blindly follow everyone else cause that's what your supposed to do instead of paying attention to what's going on w their bodies.

the greatest barometer of what is going on in and with your body is your body itself. why ignore that.

i have never gained weight without forcefeeding the calories

and when not gaining weight you can only delude yourself for so long about "body composition shifting"

i question the low calori approach to say the least
