Got chicken fajitas as chillis yesterday. Portions got smaller and they refused to bring me extra chicken

4 whole omega eggs and 75gr carb bagel, butter on bagle

75is grams oatmeal cooked, 1 scoop iso powder and 200gr frozen organic field berry mix added

200gr bio ground beef with 90ish grams noodles

100 gr costco trail nut mix (has m&m's!)

last meal, same as meal 1. Normally would have 500gr greek yogurt with some frozen pineapple pieces inside.

Broke fast 1030 am

5 omega whole eggs made into 2 English muffin sandwiches with slice white American on each and a pat of kerrygold Irish butter
Blueberries on side
Homemade version of the McDonald's egg white delight-so tasty

3 donuts-Cupid choice brownie batter and glazed
The Cupid choice only comes out around Valentine's Day-it's my favorite

3 scoop pumpkin pie spice protein and natural pb
