and by the way, in my humble opinion, the social status between Goodrum and SF1900 is this:

SF1900 wants to move in with Goodrum in a friend / roommate kind of situation.

Goodrum wants to let SF1900 move in, but only if he acts as a lusty bottom, taking the full length of the kielbasa up his poop chute. SF1900 has declined this proposition.

So it is a difficult situation, I must say.

To be honest, I am not too sure how to deal with the situation. It’s been causing me great distress.

I agree mate, I’d imagine SF sitting trying to discuss business and the gym while Vince sits looking directly at SF grinning speedily while stroking his kielbasa not hearing a word SF says

i eat the same lunch every day  - there is a salad place here next to my office. i order chicken/veggies/sweet potatoes with their house dressing (olive oil and vinaigrette)  this is an off the menu order.

$8.10 is worth it every time. it tastes amazing, great joint with amazing service, always cute girls, i have no question on what i will do for lunch

Brekky was 6 eggs (scrambled) and some high-protein yogurt. Lunch was half a chicken and some beef jerky. Then KFC tenders and some ice cream for dinner. Easily at least 200/200/100 protein/carbs/fats.

According to your posts, you daily diet routine is remarkable. -Takes a lot of discipline and some money to eat like that. What portion of all that food do you think your body actually uses as fuel?

Yesterday had

Woke up had 8 bits of thick butchers back bacon with toast plus a few bags of crisps and pint of whole milk

Trained legs then had a can of pop and slept on the cooch for a bit

Bought kids McDonald’s so had a few cheeseburgers and a spicy chicken wrap

Had a large bag of those prawn cracker things you get free when you buy a chinkies plus some crisps

Had supper from chippy, battered Fish pieces with jumbo sausage and smoked sausage with chips in curry days with few cans of pop

Ping of milk before bed

Clean off-season started today. Clean meaning no shit foods during the week but still have a cheat meal on the weekend

5 whole eggs (omega 3) 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal w/raisins and honey

8oz ground turkey or chicken, 10oz sweet potato w/1tbls Avocado oil

60grms whey isolate, 2 Tbls natural peanut butter

8oz red meat, 1 lrg baked potato, salad w/2tbls Avocado oil

8oz ground Turkey, 1/2 cup almonds, 1 cup rice w/1tbls Avocado oil

8oz red meat, Asparagus, 1 cup of rice



Weighed in this morning at a fairly hard 219.5
