Coach, what kind of turkey do you use? It would be great to add turkey to the mix but I don't want to eat deli-style. I'm not really a health nut and like my Ouarter Pounders but I do draw the line at any processed meats. When I lived in Torrance, CA they use to have a place where they sliced up real turkey. I can't find them here in Hawaii. I don't want to have to roast a whole turkey and just eat that everyday for a week.
You seem pretty exact with your portions. Do you measure your food?
Not even close. Measuring your food in grams is on a whole different level than what joswift is doing. Saying I had sausage and eggs tells you very little. It takes zero additional effort and exponentially clarifies when you say 4 sausages and two eggs.Of course your way, measuring each morsel down to the gram, is far more accurate. But for what purpose? I assume it's to keep close track of your caloric intake and macro nutrient profile to enhance your body composition.But this is diminishing returns to the extreme. Joswift knows his body and can "eye ball" his portions and manipulate them to achieve a level of conditioning that I doubt you've ever come close to. And he can whip a meal in a fraction of the time.
