Tell me more about the beet root powder? I've thought of adding it. Do you buy a certain brand or does that not really matter? Also, do you feel benefits from the apple cider vinegar? I've been putting off adding that in as well.
Beets are great, used to take it quite a bit the powder,beet juice and just eating beets and I would get great pumps.
Food is life
Never tried beet root, but ACV does amazing things for your digestive system. It pretty much cured my acid reflux.I stopped taking it a few years ago, i probably should take it again.

I started out the day with two slices of homemade pumpkin pie that my grandson made and nobody was eating...tasted great. Not sure how healthy pumpkin pie is but it filled me up. Had my usual juice and coffee with it. For lunch I picked up a ham, Swiss cheese and tomato sandwich on sourdough from the deli. It was yummy!Not sure what I'll have for dinner....likely one of Annie's frozen meals. I always have a supply of them on hand. Last night for dinner I fixed myself roast beef with gravy, packaged loaded mashed potatoes, and a 1/2 a frozen container of a medley of vegetables which included broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.Later in the evening, I had a couple of scoops of coffee ice-cream.

I haven't posted on this thread because I have been having bad stomach issues the last few days. Pretty much unable to eat the first half of each day was bed ridden 2 half days but trying to make up for it the 2nd half. It is getting better now. Weight is 220 in the evening and 215 in the am but again have been having bad stomach digestive issues for a few days now. Also reduced training and dropped all supplements until better
