6 egg omelet with turkey, ham, cheese and veggies. Oatmeal with brown sugar and walnuts. Sliced Orange. Milk.

V8 juice.

Coffee with real sugar.

A few baklava with my coffee. Lady at work made them. Too sweet but i had 3 of them.

2 flounder fillets with lemon butter sauce, asparagus and white rice. Iced tea.

Half a can of pistachios, Pepsi.

16 oz Ribeye with sweet potato covers in brown sugar and butter. Broccoli with garlic. Milk.

2 bags of popcorn and two large glasses of Pinot Noir.

4-5 liters of water throughout the day.

9-21-21

Post-Workout since I train in a fasted state:
1 scoop whey in water
1 baked potato
2 cups yogurt
1 Tbp. Apple Cider Vinegar stirred into water.....been doing this 2 X a day recently .....also took a Tbsp. of Beetroot powder before training as I do everyday.

5 whole egg omellette with tomato
1 banana
OJ

Codfish
rice
brocolli
corn bread
Crystal-Lite

Tell me more about the beet root powder?  I've thought of adding it.  Do you buy a certain brand or does that not really matter?  Also, do you feel benefits from the apple cider vinegar?  I've been putting off adding that in as well.

Beets are great, used to take it quite a bit the powder,beet juice and just eating beets and I would get great pumps.

Eat a lot of beets and the next day you imagine you're shitting blood. Crazy but true. Never-the-less beets are a great vegetable.

Actually I just started using both products recently.....kinda` early to give you any feedback good or bad......been using the ACV a bit longer than the Beetroot.........1 Tbspn............. 2 X a day mixed in 8 oz. water...............spac e them quite a few hours apart.

I bought the Beetroot powder on E-bay it`s made by a company called "Aroma Depot:....bought a small bag just in case I didn`t like it.....it does seem to give me better pumps....it supplies the body with Nitric Oxide which is supposed to give you a great pump.

Never tried beet root, but ACV does amazing things for your digestive system. It pretty much cured my acid reflux.

I stopped taking it a few years ago, i probably should take it again.

1 serving cream of rice, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanutbutter, 6 eggs

50 gram shake w handful of cinnamon toast crunch, peanutbutter

2 chicken breast, broccoli w cheese, 1 baked potatoe

2 greek yogurt w handful of almonds

1 bud light

I started out the day with two slices of homemade pumpkin pie that my grandson made and nobody was eating...tasted great. Not sure how healthy pumpkin pie is but it filled me up. Had my usual juice and coffee with it.

For lunch I picked up a ham, Swiss cheese and tomato sandwich on sourdough from the deli. It was yummy!

Not sure what I'll have for dinner....likely one of Annie's frozen meals. I always have a supply of them on hand.

Last night for dinner I fixed myself roast beef with gravy, packaged loaded mashed potatoes, and a 1/2 a frozen container of a medley of vegetables which included broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.

Later in the evening, I had a couple of scoops of coffee ice-cream.

I was worried that because you didn't report n detail what you had for dinner you made up for it with what you had the previous night. I hope that too was "yummy".

If you want a real Nitric Oxide boost, as well as lower blood pressure, have your doctor prescribe you some Cialis. Talk about "pumps".

I haven't posted on this thread because I have been having bad stomach issues the last few days. Pretty much unable to eat the first half of each day was bed ridden 2 half days but trying to make up for it the 2nd half. It is getting better now. Weight is 220 in the evening and 215 in the am but again have been having bad stomach digestive issues for a few days now. Also reduced training and dropped all supplements until better
