1 - 5 whole eggs, 40grms grits

2 - 2 rice cakes w/peanut butter and honey

3 - Roast Beef sandwich w/1/4 avocado on 12grain bread

4 - 2 Chicken thighs (air fryer)

How do you like the air fryer? Easy to clean/maintain?

Love it!! We use it almost everyday mostly for dinners. Can literally take a piece of meat, chicken, fish, etc out of the freezer stick in the air fryer and comes out damn near perfect and yes, easy to clean

oatmeal mixed with protein and blueberries
chicken/beef on white rice and veggies
pork chop with a pile of veggies
pork chop with rice
miniscule amount of rice with protein mixed into it

this is the protein I use--its insanely good mixed into oatmeal or rice, Ill even eat it by the spoonful sometimes--so good

Yeah i prefer the traditional Mexican tacos, which are typically fish, shrimp, beef, pork meat or pork intestines.

Fish are the best if they have a good salsa with them.

When i go to Mexico once a month with my GF, the first thing we do is stop and eat a bunch of tacos.

The best are Tacos Al Pastor, which is pork that is rotisserie cooked like a shawarma. Made with a special adobada marinade from old traditional Mexico. I'll tell you, a properly prepared al pastor taco is one of the most delicious things i've had in my life. There is a special combination of spices with the pineapple chunks that make it very tasty.

Pork is marinated in a combination of dried chilies, spices, pineapple, and typically achiote paste, then slowly cooked with charcoal or gas flame on a vertical rotisserie called a trompo (lit: spinning top), the meat is shaved off as the outside is browned, and made into tacos. Guajillo chile, garlic, cumin, clove, bay leaf, and vinegar are common ingredients, with cinnamon, dried Mexican oregano, coriander, and black peppercorns found in many variants. Meat is thinly sliced off the spit with a large knife into a small corn tortilla and served with finely chopped onions, cilantro, and diced pineapple. A wedge of lemon or lime and a salsa are optional condiments.

There are a few legit places in Texas with them, but most places fall a bit short.

All true.  They also have to make their own fresh tortillas.  None of that frozen shit.

For lunch I had a Starbucks cheese and fruit protein box (Brie, Gouda, aged Cheddar cheeses, olive oil crackers, apples and grapes). Washed it down with a Chai tea latte (which is loaded with fats and carbs and a touch more protein).

Not yesterday...but went out to breakfast today and had a chicken fajita omelet made with 4 eggs, green peppers, onions chopped tomatoes and a bunch of other stuff, topped with sour cream and salsa. It came with a large side of hash browns and toast. Could only eat half the meal. Why do some restaurants dish up such huge portions. Who can eat that much in one sitting. The omelet tasted great, so I asked for a to-go box for the leftover omelet. This is very uncharacteristic of me. More is not better.

Good. I love a good Jewish Rueben on rye with a mile high stack of corned beef. Nothing's open this late around here, but if it was, I'd be in my car headed in that direction.

Careful about going out for a sandwich after dark.  Remember what happened to that paragon of virture, Jussie Smollet.  Innocently looking for a Subway sandwich emporium in the early hours after midnight and *BAZINGA*!!!

Savagely attacked by a pair of Nubainian Negroes disguised as whitey with nooses...'n' sheit.  ;) ;D

This time they could be disguised as Hasidic Hebrews leaving a trail of Kosher Rye back to their Lair of Evile.   ;D  Just be glad you're not a race car driver.  ;)
